ARE YOU EAGER TO LEARN MORE ABOUT GROWING AND PROCESSING HERBS?

READY TO GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY?

Gardening is not the sort of thing you can learn from a book. You can read about it all you want, but you won’t know how to do it until you actually dig in.

And the same goes for plants — reading about them only goes so far. Nothing can match the experience of working with them, around them, and for them. It’s the many hours of gentle weeding, pruning, tending, and enjoying plants that add up to a deep intuitive understanding of them.

This season-long apprenticeship is designed to teach you every aspect of organic herb gardening as well as harvesting the herbs and turning them into healing medicines.

You will learn to be fully self-sufficient in the realm of herbal medicine, from growing the herbs to making the remedies.

We will meet once a month for four hours (9am-1pm). We will spend the first 3 hours working in the garden and the last hour processing herbs and making medicines from them.

There will be two options: a Tuesday option and a Saturday option. You can select the day that works for you. The class size is limited to only 7 apprentices per group.
