Parsley. Rosemary. Thyme. Oregano. Sage. Lemon verbena. Basil.
We all know the flavor of these herbs. We may use them in recipes, or vow to ourselves that we’ll cook with them, only to leave them by the wayside.
In this class, we’ll harvest herbs from the culinary garden, and make tea with them as we discuss their many medicinal qualities. You’ll be in awe of these well-known herbs and definitely inspired to use them in your daily meals.
We will also discuss drying and storing herbs so that you can have them throughout the winter.

CLASS LOCATION
These classes are held in the kitchen of The Farm Cooking School. To get to the school, wind your way all the way up to the top of the property, following signs for "The Farm Cooking School." Park in the lot beside the building and enter through the white door with the ramp.
Depending on the weather and time of year, classes involve time in the Apothecary Garden, located near the school.
