Healing sound is abundant in the garden.
We will begin by gathering flowers from the garden and stowing them away in tiny vessels for our fairy friends to visit during our meditation.
We will then relax in a meditative space with our flowers while Sarah plays the crystal singing bowl, guiding us as we focus on breath, intention, and heart-centeredness.
The singing bowl is attuned to the vibration of the heart chakra, bringing balance and healing to our heart centers.
You will take that healing energy and your flowers home with you.
Put your flowers somewhere where you can admire them and be reminded of your precious heart.

Sarah is a Reiki Master and currently studying different modalities of the healing arts. A plant enthusiast, she spends much of her time connecting to the messages from nature. CLASS LOCATION
This class is held in the Apothecary Garden at Locust Light Farm. To get to the garden, wind your way all the way up to the top of the property, following signs for "The Farm Cooking School." Park in the lot beside the building. Walk straight back to the end of the parking lot, past the high tunnel. You’ll see the garden in front of you.
