Fairies are around us all the time.

THERE’S A PART OF US THAT KNOWS FAIRIES ARE THERE, MAKING MISCHIEF AND HELPING THE FLOWERS WAKE UP. BUT EVEN IF WE BELIEVE, IN OUR HEARTS, IT CAN BE HARD TO REACH THEM.

And if we were to reach them, then what?

Summer Solstice is the time when fairies are close at hand, delighting among the flowers that are blooming all around us. It is the time when it’s easiest for us humans to attune ourselves to the vibration of fairies, working with flowers to do so.

In this magical class, we will:

• Explore the connection between fairies and flowers

• Learn what lessons flowers & fairies have to teach us

• Sip flower tea & nectar to attune ourselves to fairies

• Learn ways of reaching out to fairies

• Connect with fairies with a meditation

• Explore how fairies can inform our herbalism and healing practices

• Celebrate with a fairy tea party of Summer Flower Oxymel and Fairy Tea Biscuits

• Make a Summer Flower Oxymel to take home

CLASS LOCATION

This class is held in the Apothecary Garden at Locust Light Farm. To get to the garden, wind your way all the way up to the top of the property, following signs for "The Farm Cooking School." Park in the lot beside the building. Walk straight back to the end of the parking lot, past the high tunnel. You’ll see the garden in front of you.
