Genesis Farms is a magical place, and a wonderful community. If you live locally, I highly recommend joining their CSA! But even if you’re not a member, you’re welcome to attend their open house.

Your Herbal Kitchen: preparing herbal oils and vinegars from your herb garden.

I'll demo how to make herb-infused oil, vinegar, and oxymels with the herbs available to members (common culinary herbs) and I'll briefly discuss the medicinal qualities of the herbs.
