Herbs for Stress, Anxiety & Depression

  • Online United States (map)

Being a human on this earth is hard. Our nervous systems are overwrought with stressors, irritants, and existential despair. Herbs can't make these problems go away, but they can soothe your nervous system and help you build emotional resilience so that you can thrive in this challenging environment.

In this class we’ll explore the many ways that herbs can support you through stress, depression and anxiety:

  • Herbal support for the various types of depression

  • The soothing action of nervines

  • Managing acute vs. chronic stress and anxiety

  • Adaptogens & emotional resilience

You will get:

  • Materia Medica info for 5-7 herbal allies

  • A handout on how herbs interact with the nervous system

  • An herbal recipe book to stock your cabinets with helpful potions

Class will be held live via Zoom on Thursday, March 24th from 12:00pm - 2:00pm.

Class recordings will be posted under each class within 4 hours of the ending of the live class.

You will have access indefinitely to all these materials. If I ever take them down, I will give you ample notice so that you can download them. You can also download them at any time, and the handouts will be in your email inbox.

This class is part of our Practical Herbalism Series.
