PREPARE FOR THE NEW YEAR WITH ALL THE EASE AND SUPPORT THAT HERBAL MAGIC CAN BRING.
In this 3-workshop retreat, you will relax, unwind, and release the stress from the year prior. You will then dream up and map out your goals and intentions for the new year and create a plan to bring these dreams into the world.
Each workshop will feature solo work and group sharing time so that you can both genuinely reflect and also feel the power that comes from speaking your truth to a supportive community. You will receive journalling prompts and tarot spreads to guide your reflection and imagination.
You will leave each workshop with a new magical ally as well as materials to prepare you for the next workshop.
This magical work will take place in a cozy space filled with warm bevs, delicious snacks, and supportive friends. The bevs and snacks will be carefully crafted to support the work we do each evening.

RESTORE (JAN.6TH)
Release the year that has passed. Be still for a moment, and rest.
This class will begin with one hour of Plant Spirit Yoga in which we'll be connecting with Milky Oats -- a deeply nourishing, restorative herb. We will transition to guided journalling and card reading to reflect on the year that has been. You will then sink into herbal spa time, relaxing as your feet soak in an herbal foot bath and your face is rejuvenated by an herbal face mask. Amanda will be giving you reiki healing as Sarah Andrews gives you a therapeutic hand massage.
We will complete our evening with a ritual to release anything from the year past that you don't wish to carry forward. We will then help you come back to earth with yummy treats and an energizing bev before sending you home.
You will connect with a Plant Ally that will guide you through the year to come. You will be sent home with magical assignments to prepare you for the next retreat.
DREAMWEAVE (JAN. 13TH)
Set intentions for the year to come — intentions that connect with your most essential desires.
Have you ever truly mapped out your year? In this class, you will use a unique method of mapping out your life around your deepest desires so that you can use your energy to create the life you want to live. What’s so unique about this method? It helps you tap into what you truly want most out of this precious life, and works back from there. This isn’t about changing or “improving” yourself — it’s about letting your desires shape your path.
Kat Pfeiffer will join us to introduce you to crystals that can support your work throughout the year. You will learn to make an empowered crystal grid and receive a Crystal Ally to support you as you manifest your dreams.
You will be able to speak your dreams to the group and feel the power of community support. And of course, we will be munching on delicious treats and sipping inspiring, magical bevs.
You will connect with a Crystal Ally who will support you as you manifest your dreams.
PREPARE (JAN. 27TH)
You've got your goals and intentions mapped out -- now what?
It can be hard to remain committed to the path you’ve created. We will draw upon the power of herbs, crystals, and the Wheel of the Year to keep you in alignment with your desires.
You will craft a plan based around the Wheel of the Year. We will explore the energy of each seasonal holiday and how to harness that energy toward your goals. You will anticipate the challenges and joys of each season and prepare for them.
Amanda will craft a personalized herbal elixir to support you through the year. We will conclude our evening with a ritual of empowerment to integrate these magical plans into your being.
You will connect with a Medicine Ally (tea, bath, smoke, etc.) that you can work with through the year to nourish your spirit and pull your dreams into reality.
