PLANT ALLIES IS A SERIES OF CLASSES THAT DIRECTLY CONNECT YOU TO THE MAGIC AND MEDICINE OF THE PLANT WORLD, ONE PLANT AT A TIME.
In this class we will go deep with Horehound:
Learn Horehound’s medicinal qualities
Explore Horehound energetics
Learn-feel-sense the magical qualities
Experience Horehound with all our senses: sipping tea, smelling, observing, listening, feeling its texture
Take time to sit with Horehound & get to know it
Experience Horehound through botanical drawing
Make horehound cough drops to take home with you!
Plant Allies will give you the tools to form deep, rich relationships with the plants around you.

This class is offered on a sliding scale: $35-$45
Pre-registration required.
Classes are held on Monday nights, 7-9pm, in the Apothecary Garden at Locust Light.
and we’ll head into the kitchen for medicine-making. or when it gets dark.
This series runs June - September, 13 classes total.
You can register for classes individually or register for the entire series at a discount.

CLASS LOCATION
These classes are held in the Apothecary Garden of Locust Light Farm and the kitchen of The Farm Cooking School. To get to the school, wind your way all the way up to the top of the property, following signs for "The Farm Cooking School." Park in the lot beside the building and enter through the white door with the ramp.

We are so excited when you sign up for a class! Please sign up for a class at least 8 hours prior to the start of class so that we can be prepared for the proper number of people. If you sign up within fewer than 8 hours of the start of the class, please text or call Amanda to confirm. Note: Social media messages are not a reliable way of contacting Amanda.
If you need to cancel, please cancel at least 8 hours before start of the class via email, call, or text. If you cancel fewer than 8 hours before the start of the class, or simply do not attend the class, we cannot refund your class payment.
