For some of us sleep can be elusive. This can be a frustrating and complex issu. Herbs can be helpful allies on the path to a good night's slepp. In this class we'll discuss herbal sedatives,, anti-spasmodics, and nervines, as well as the nuances and characters of different "sleep herbs" and how to make the right blend for you. We will also learn the traditional art of making herbal oxymels-vinegar syrups. Oxymels are extremely delicious and lovely. Students will make an oxymel to take home. There is a $10.00 supply fee due to instructor on evening of the class.
