Join us for Farmhouse Yoga every Monday night in April at The Farm Cooking School. We will practice postures to stretch, release tension, cleanse, and strengthen. We will learn breathing techniques to calm and refresh the mind, followed by a deep relaxation. Class will end with a meditation.
