We will cover the basics of taking and reading a soil test, creating and planning a simple crop rotation, and effectively preparing the soil through amendments and cultivation – everything you need to know to begin growing your own vegetables and herbs!
This workshop is lead by Jamie Sims - Farmer and Kitchen Garden expert who will be able to answer any questions you have about your garden. Hearty snacks will be provided by The Farm Cooking School kitchen.
