Immune Support Tea

A blend of European Vervain, Echinacea flowers, Lemongrass, and Anise Hyssop to support your immune system as we transition into autumn.

TO USE

Steep 1 Tbs in 1 cup hot water for 15 minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired. Drink 3-4 cups daily when an illness is circulating or you feel symptoms coming on.

Steep in hot water for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy on its own or blended with other herbs.

For migraine prevention: Take 5 drops daily over a period of at least 4 weeks.

California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica)

TO USE

For sleep: Take 30-60 drops over the course of an hour before bed.

For pain: Take up to 20 drops during the day as needed.

For anxiety: Take 5-10 drops throughout the day.
